IVG Canada is not just about learning gold-standard clinic management. Just as important (more important?) is the strong network and friendship between members.

Veterinary clinic management is a unique experience - it's often hard to find those who can relate. IVG Canada is a group of caring individuals who all understand and are truly happy to share and help each other. We are a family (without crazy Uncle Eddy).

Being at the top is lonely. Who do you turn when you don't know? What do you when you feel overwhelmed? Vet school didn't prepare us for the reality of running a veterinary clinic.

IVG members have been there, done that. We are all in different stages of our owner/management careers and we all benefit immensely from both the wisdom of other members and their support and encouragement (and shoulders to occasionally cry on - it's OK :)
